The Youth section of the club has 16 teams from under 6s to under 17s. Once over 17, players often move on to play for the Adult section.

Most teams train once a week. Under 5s and 6s begin their first season just training, ready for First Football at under 7 level. During the winter, training is usually held indoors; during the summer it usually takes place on Yateley Green.

To cover the costs of training, equipment and league registration an annual subscription fee is paid by each player. This varies according to age, but there is no cost at under 5 and under 6 level.

What happens to the subscription I pay?

The club has been very busy putting a number of managers/coaches/parents on courses over the last few months.

The club has to fund all courses and CRB checks from the season's subscriptions.

So far this season we have paid for the following courses:

• 7 FA Level 1 Coaching courses
• 1 FA Level 2 Coaching course
• 3 Safeguarding children courses
• 2 Child Welfare officers workshops
• 3 Safe guarding children renewals
• 8 CRB checks

The 8 CRB checks alone cost £240.00.

We are expecting to buy at least 6 new team kits for next season at up to
£400 a team depending on age group/number of players.

We are also charged for the club's FA affiliation and there's a player/team
charge by the league they are participating in.

And lastly, presentation evening & trophy costs.
